They gave it all.  After receiving the Holy Spirit, the new believers met together and shared everthing they had.

They sold property and possessions in order to share the money with those in need.

All of it.

Sometimes a 10% tithe seems like a lot.  The Old Testament used 10% as a rule.

The New Testament….the new covenant……after the Messiah had come with salvation for everyone –

They gave it all.

We are no longer limited to the law.  We are no longer slaves to rules.  The Son of Man has come and he has set us free!  So we can give everything!  Freely!  In grateful response for what God has already given us!
