My Pilgrimage

My pilgrimage to the land of my Savior is about to begin.

God has called me to this journey.  He has told me that this trip will forever change how I read and understand his Word.  So I am very excited as I anticipate what that means.

Those of you who have been on this journey with me for a while know that God gave me a check to cover the cost of this trip.  He has made it very clear that he wants me to scratch this off of my ‘bucket list’.

I can’t wait!

So you won’t be hearing from me for about 2 weeks.

But when I get back, you can expect some new insights from me as God continue to take us on this journey towards the truth.

Please include me and my friend, Angela, who is going with me in your prayers.

Here I come, dear God!

  1. Just returned in January from a trip to the Holy Land. It was on my bucket list also. The trip was a game changer for me. I felt the Lord’s presence and heard his whisper in the Prayer Tower of King of Kings Church. He spoke to me Isaiah 41. Powerful scripture when you are standing there viewing the land that he is the keeper over. IF you have a chance to visit it, please do. The tower is on the 14th floor and has a 360 view of Jerusalem . People come from al over the world to prayer there.

Just starting writing since the trip to Israel. The Lord birthed this in me to share his word, his love for that one more. Visiting from countless

    1. Wow! How great to hear from you! I am expecting to have many of those moments – when God’s presence overwhelms me and his whispers fill my ears. I feel like I’m going home. Both of my earthly parents are now in heaven and this world feels less and less like home. I think this will be the closest to home that I’ll get this side of heaven.
